  1. Orders and Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Gorkha GNW Tweed.

If a product is out of stock, we may offer to remake or reproduce it, depending on the product type and availability of materials.

Estimated production times for out-of-stock products are:

  • Clothing and other out-of-stock items: Approximately 2–3 weeks.
  • Tweed and other fabrics: Approximately 3–4 months.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on production requirements, material availability, holidays, and other circumstances.

  1. Exchange and Refund Policy

Our standard policy is to offer exchanges rather than refunds, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers wishing to exchange a product should contact us and provide their order details before returning the item.

Products submitted for exchange must be kept in reasonable condition and must not have been unnecessarily used, damaged, or handled in a way that affects their resale or usability. Additional charges may apply where justified by the condition of the returned product, provided the charges are communicated and permitted by law.

Exchange requests will be assessed individually. The availability of a replacement product may affect the time required to complete an exchange.

Refunds and statutory consumer rights: Our exchange policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required under applicable law.

Processing an exchange may take approximately two weeks or longer, depending on product availability, shipping arrangements, holidays, and other circumstances.

We may accept orders for garments made according to a customer’s specified measurements or other customization requirements.

Customers should confirm measurements, design details, fabric choices, and other specifications before production begins.

Customized garments are generally not eligible for return or exchange where they have been correctly produced according to the specifications approved by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please allow approximately one week for the preparation of customized items. The actual timeframe may vary depending on the order and production schedule.

  1. Payment Methods

Payment methods depend on the customer’s location and the agreed shipping arrangements.

For international orders:

  • Visa and Mastercard, where supported.
  • Bank transfer.

For domestic orders within Nepal:

  • Bank transfer.
  • eSewa.
  • Debit or credit card, where available.

Available payment options and any applicable charges will be confirmed during the ordering process. Customers should use only payment methods authorized by Gorkha GNW Tweed.
