As part of our commitment to transparency in manufacturing, we would like to share an important update regarding the Karnali Collection.

The Karnali Collection was first introduced in 2019 using Mugu wool, a hygienic, locally sourced material known for its slightly coarser texture and distinctive regional character. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Mugu wool supplier and their family have since relocated to France under a refugee program.

As a result, starting December 20, 2025, the Karnali Collection has been recreated using Dholpo wool sourced from Upper Dolpa. The Dolpa and Mugu are neighboring districts, having approximately similar higher altitude. Every effort has been made to preserve the original character and quality of the collection. Dholpo wool is naturally softer than Mugu wool, so the updated pieces will have a slightly softer feel while maintaining the integrity of the design.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support, which enables our producers to overcome challenges and move forward together.

Nature is life, and life is Nature.
