We only have exchange policy, no refunds.
Please make sure the returned products are not unnecessarily used or handled, if so additional charges may apply.
Exchanging of return goods may take 2 weeks or more due to holidays and so on.
Custom made garments under the specific measurements are not returnable, for customize items please allow us time of 1 week to prepare.
Out of stock items can be remade within 2 or 3 weeks.
Out of stock tweed fabric and other fabrics can be remade within 3 to 4 months.
